This policy explains what Praxima Labs collects when you visit praximalabs.com or use our tools, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it plain.
Who we are
Praxima Labs ("Praxima," "we," "us") is a service business based in Southwest Florida, working with operators nationwide. This policy covers praximalabs.com and the forms and tools on it, including the AI Readiness Diagnostic. You can reach us any time at hello@praximalabs.com.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you complete the AI Readiness Diagnostic, request a call, or start an order, you may give us your name, email, business name, phone number, your answers to the diagnostic, and anything you write in a message. If you become a client, you may give us additional business details needed to deliver the work.
Information we collect automatically. When you visit the site we collect standard technical data such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and referring links, through cookies and similar technologies. This includes analytics and advertising tools, such as the Meta pixel, used to measure and improve our marketing.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Return your diagnostic score and respond to your request.
- Schedule and run discovery calls.
- Provide, deliver, and improve our services.
- Send you relevant communications, which you can opt out of at any time.
- Measure and improve our website and advertising.
- Protect against fraud and meet our legal obligations.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed to do their job. These include:
- Website hosting and delivery (Vercel).
- Form storage and customer records (Airtable).
- Scheduling, messaging, and CRM tools we use to manage leads and calls.
- Email and productivity (Google).
- Analytics and advertising platforms, such as Meta, for measurement and ads.
We may also share information with professional advisors, or when required by law, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.
Cookies and advertising
We use essential cookies to run the site, analytics cookies to understand how it is used, and advertising cookies and pixels to measure ad performance and reach the right audiences. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of interest-based advertising through your device settings and the platforms' own ad controls.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link or by emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws. To exercise any of these, email hello@praximalabs.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. Our site does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals.
Data retention and security
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our site and services are built for business owners and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Other sites and changes
Our site may link to other websites we do not control, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date above, and material changes will be noted on this page.
